Joop Lensen

Lensen is a first class footballmanager with rich experience in professional football.

Within the Royal Dutch Football Federation (KNVB) Joop was in charge of the national development system and has held the positions of head and assistant coach to many of the national youth squads. He created the youth football training and development scheme and is the author of KNVB booklets 4 vs 4 and 7 vs 7. Joop is also a prominent instructor (UEFA and FIFA) of the coaching curriculum of the federation.

As Head of Education of former Dutch Champions AZ Alkmaar, Joop was tasked with the total build-out of a structure and organization to make the youth setup one of the top in the Netherlands. After 5 years he moved to Turkey topclub Fenerbahce SK as Head of Education and Head of National and International Scouting.

Joop remains as a (technical) advisor for players, clubs, coaches and federations like KVNB and Turkiye Futbol Federasyonu.

Alex Bergeik

Previously, Alex played for FC Utrecht and the UEFA-Region Team. Due to a serious back injury his professional playing aspirations were cut short. After a study in product & business development Alex worked for several years as a sports and business broker across Europe for national and international organizations.

Alex brings to L&B IFC a plethora of contacts. He is well known amongst topplayers abroad and young talent. Alex speaks fluent Dutch, English and basic Spanish.
