Concept Scouting

Many managers underestimate the value of scouts, searching for players on their own. In our experience, having the best scouts in your staff is as important as having the best coaches.

Game Viewing

Game viewing (assess the opponent)  is essential for a good preparation towards the match, however often an underrated aspect in football strategy. But many top flights like Manchester United, AC Milan and AFC AJAX won their games by anticipating on the (pre) information given through game viewing. Mainly game viewing is being used for tournaments like Champions League en UEFA Cup when teams from different countries mix.

General scouting

With a clear focus on talented players from an age of 15 years, L&B IFC is scouting players worldwide for its own database. If you are in search of a new player we can support you. On request and only to relevant parties we can provide an Individual Player’s Report (IPR) from our own stock.

Specific scouting

L&B IFC is scouting on exclusively base for clubs looking to strengthen particular positions in their teams. We also work for various parties which, in respect of scouting activities, issue specific instructions to have players assessed by L&B IFC.

Tournaments

L&B IFC often gives advice and guidance to new (international) football tournaments for both professional and top amateurs clubs. In particular, the requirements of the participants plays a prominent role in this context. We also arrange invitations for top clubs, academies and players.
